Health is indeed wealth

To infinity & Beyond

Today makes a mark on history where we are -

at an all-time high for deaths in obesity, heart disease, Alzheimer’s, and autoimmune conditions. Not only are we at an all-time high, but we are seeing an increase in projection for this world-renowned epidemic.

There is not a lot of room for change, but we can start small by placing the little bit of energy that we have into doing everything we possibly can towards changing our lifestyles. By doing so we start a leading path to prevent autoimmune disease, heart disease, and other deathly illnesses. Our future generations are depending on it.

So, what does that mean for us? Disease is preventative by awareness and searching to the root of why.

Consumer’s Mindset

We are surrounded by truths, myths, lies, exaggerations, one-sided stories about the largest income-based system across the world - the health care system. Which has an enormous demand for economic development. In order to have a stable engagement between producer and consumer we must have the ability to provide those types of products & services.

Curiously enough, I’ve never heard anyone talk about the benefits of a non-medical management system at all.

Looking at an ecological point of view we can relate the two as we couple our physical and mental health together within us. In any sort of economy or ecosystem there is a required need for balance. If one thing is off kilter the entire matrix is out of alignment. That goes for our health just the same - quality and all things quantity..

Building a healthy foundation extends from what we put out alongside our work and personal lives. There are many things to account for in understanding the movement patterns of a balanced ecosystem. A couple factors are in relation to lifestyle – an individual’s attitude, way of life, values, and life choice; and genetics – are uncontrollable properties and characteristics of our DNA linking who we are.

There is a link between the offset of disease and one’s life span with a relatively distal correlation between someone’s genes and disease development. The great leap that has helped us move forward is public health awareness and healthy lifestyles.

Lifestyle or Genetics

In the first 75 - 80 years of life we are battling again lifestyle. Living, breathing, healing, giving, exercising, careers, relationships, happiness, all those things play a part in the extent of our lives, until we reach our mid 80’s. That is when genetics finally start to play their part in our longevity here on this planet.

I – personally – want to live to be 100+ years old. In order to make that move I needed to consider my health as my top priority, without it I have nothing. I saw it on the service as something very simple and smooth, but once I looked deeper I found out that it is more than just an average playing field.

There is more to having good health than eating right 90% of the time and exercising regularly. It expanded into what good health really meant for me and I had to ask myself this question.

Being healthy means feeding my mind, body, and soul with positivity, happiness, no resentment, faith, morals, values, respect, self-encouragement, etc. Once I did that, my life starting falling into place. I know now that I have no medical costs hanging over my head.

Primary Foods

Primary foods are things that we feed ourselves on a daily. The wonderful thing is that that are not foods that we eat. Sound strange? I thought so too, at first. But, no they are not edible. Primary foods are in-adamant things that we feed our mind and body through thoughts, actions, people, and choices.

There are five components which make up our life's circle that of which can determine parts of our physical, mental, and emotional health. These 5 categories relate to our relationships, amount and what physical activity, our nutrition habits, stability and happiness in our career(s), and awareness to our spirituality.

These five things develop who we are as individuals and a society. The fundamental areas are things that are unavoidable, and we encounter multiple counterparts per day. Understanding balance in your life can affect one or many of these aspects by improving different areas of interest. For example: if I am struggling in my realm of relationships and I want to improve my love life, I will look at this area and see where do I struggle most?

That's easy, setting personal time aside for my partner and I would be one way. Maybe that means planning a date night once a week and a game night with another couple at least once a month. That could also mean hugging each other and sending positive words of affirmations to each other in the morning and once again before bed.

After I become more aware of my life and its counterparts I can pick apart areas of my life that I would like to be improved, and in what ways. If this is something that you struggle with, check out my wellness coaching programs where you'll find that curing does not happen at the surface as it transpires at the root. Although each person will be different and may have developed some or all of the circle of life categories to improve, you will have your own hardships and once they are balanced - I promise your life will change for the better.

Chaos around us

The importance of primary foods is to manage the healthy ecosystem inside us. Without this there would be no defined well-being or life worth living. There would be a would filled with stress and anxiety, all-time highs in hyper-tension, blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, autoimmune disease, chronic illness, etc. * Remember, all of which we are currently at an all time high* 😉

Favorably, we set the stage every single day from the time we wake up until the moment we go to sleep. In the past we have seen lifestyle habits that are a causation for an increase in death rates from chronic disease and illnesses around the world.

Today displays the largest gap between what is accepted and considered as being "healthy" contra to being disease-free. The missing gap that we are seeing has two sides and nothing in between:

1. Healthy

2. Disease-free

If you are healthy then you should eat organically made produce and exercise regularly. Whereas those who are not diagnosed with a suffering disease or infection are disease free treating life as if they are an fraternal twin to someone who is healthy.

That being said, this gap has a lot of grey area in between that can be the void for creating that bridge among both statements. There is not one concept of being healthy that is more right the other. In contrast, one must have a balance of all aspects in one’s life before health is fully achieved whereas someone who may still carry out day to day function can still be in poor health.

Room for Change

Bio-individuality means that everyone is different and there is not a "one-size-fits-all" motto. Not just from the foods that we eat, to our allergies, or the friends that we make, but also our careers. One person’s cure may be anther one's poison. So, how do we work together and give that individual healing thing that I talk about to everyone we know? Easy – we do that through coaching the Circle of Life and doing so by creating a balanced and healthy lifestyle model.

When I was younger I was what you would call a "reckless" teenager/adult. Over time I developed habits that led me to living my best life possible and that is exactly what I do. I share my knowledge with individuals like you that want to live a happier life and to find whatever that means to you. If you do not love what you do, find something that you love about what you do.

Having a career that allows for self-fulfillment will follow with good deeds. Show encouragement and positivity among people you know (family, friends, co-workers) and spread the word no matter where you go. When someone gets upset, you know what you do? Love them. Love them unconditionally and say, "I love you", no one is going to know what to say.

Kill with kindness and terrorize with tenderness. Those that do are far more likely to carry that energy onto others.

Now, it's just as important to get yourself moving! Whether that means dancing, running, grocery shopping, walking the dog, grabbing the mail, etc. being physically active and working out shows exactly what a healthy mind can to do encourage the body. Most of use this as a punishment instead of self-appreciation for what the body CAN do. Show body love by feeding it good food and exemplifying what you are made of.

Living healthy is contagious. It allows for self-awareness and provides encouragement for others to live a healthy lifestyle.

Seeing the world in a glass that is always half-full as opposed to half-empty is the difference between someone who "tries" to live better versus someone who "is" living better. There is always room for advancement in the forever-changing healthcare system. Maybe that change starts today, with you. One by one we will watch the world change and someday our healthcare system won’t be a group of medical professionals, but they will be called health coaches.

Bridge the GAP

There is no magic pill that can supply anyone with perfect health. It is our responsibility to take it upon ourselves to live the life we want our children to live; and propose ideas and perspectives that help us in achieving that balance.

It is our responsibility as health coaches, trainers, leaders, and health enthusiasts to take it upon ourselves and spread the word of how the gray matter in between can be used in designing positive lifestyle changes over time that to fill that void.

As a wellness coach, I do not diagnose with symptoms, I recognize remarkably miraculous recoveries in all states of mind, body, and soul.

If you enjoyed this blog make sure to share with your family, friends, and anyone else you come into contact with. Changing lives is our M.O. We are here to inspire others and spread the word, generously. Like, share, subscribe! I will see you beautiful souls again soon.
